Shipping Policy
All orders are sent from New Zealand using New Zealand Post with tracking provided once your order has been dispatched.
Processing Time
If an item is in stock on the website, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Many jewellery and bag pieces are handcrafted individually. If an item is made to order, this will be clearly noted on the product page. Made-to-order pieces require additional time to be handmade before dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Times
New Zealand:
Once dispatched, economy shipping typically takes 2–5 business days.
Australia: Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and postal delays.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Sasha, care and craftsmanship are at the heart of every piece. The following policy is in place to ensure clarity and transparency, in line with New Zealand Consumer Law.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Returns are accepted only if an item is received in a faulty or damaged condition.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return
Please email orders@sasha.nz with the following information:

Proof of purchase

A clear photo of the damaged or faulty item
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will be provided with return instructions.
Return Timeframe
Approved items must be returned within 10 days of receiving return approval.
Replacement Policy
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm the fault.

A replacement of the same style will be issued, subject to availability

If the original item is no longer available, you may choose an alternative item of equal value
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
All products are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Under this Act, goods must:

Be fit for their intended purpose
If an item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced in accordance with these obligations.
Exclusions

Damage caused by misuse, general wear and tear, or alterations is not covered

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted
As all pieces are handcrafted, slight variations are considered part of the design and do not qualify as faults.
